Ingredients:
- 1 cup of spinach
- 3/4 cup of vegan cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of vegan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Puff pastry
- Vegan butter
Instructions:
- Prepare the filling:
- In a pot mix the spinach, the vegan cream cheese and the vegan cheese until well combined.
- Add the nutritional yeast, onion and garlic powder.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix again until all combined.
- Time to make the tree:
- Cut the puff pastry in two triangle shape
- Put the filling on top of one triangle cam cover with the other.
- Make small cuts along the edges and twist.
- brush it the vegan butter and bake at 390F for 40 minutes.
