Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 3/4 cup of vegan cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of vegan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Puff pastry
  • Vegan butter

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the filling:
    • In a pot mix the spinach, the vegan cream cheese and the vegan cheese until well combined.
    • Add the nutritional yeast, onion and garlic powder.
    • Salt and pepper to taste.
    • Mix again until all combined.
  2. Time to make the tree:
    • Cut the puff pastry in two triangle shape
    • Put the filling on top of one triangle cam cover with the other.
    • Make small cuts along the edges and twist.
    • brush it the vegan butter and bake at 390F for 40 minutes.
