Vegan Eggnog Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk you love)
- 1 cup canned coconut milk (for that rich, creamy texture)
- 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked in hot water for 15 minutes, then drained)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or agave syrup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
